Border enforcement in Minnesota is shifting gears.

Meanwhile, a U.S. federal judge has ordered that Venezuelan men deported by the Trump administration to El Salvador be returned to the United States, ruling that some did not receive full due process. On the regulatory front, the Obama-era greenhouse gas rules are officially gone.
