Trump announced tariffs against China, Canada and Mexico over the weekend. Last night as he was returning to Washinton he spoke with the media at Joint Base Andrews and explained what’s next.
The Democrat Party gathered over the weekend to elect new leaders….and it got even more bazaar…..folks…they still don’t realize why the American people totally rejected their nonsense in November. Stick around because you are not going to want to miss the outgoing DNC Chairman, Jaime Harrison, explain how they have to elect an equal number of male, female and non-binary candidates.
ALSO: NY Dems are working to keep Rep Elise Stefanik's House seat vacant for months in their latest scheme against Trump.
On the immigration front. We expect to see ICE and other federal agencies arrest more illegals this week. Border Czar, Tom Homan, appeared on a number of the weekend talk shows and confirmed his operation is just getting started. Good news too…. Venezuela has agreed to accept illegal immigrants from the U.S. and pay for the return transport of their nationals, according to President Donald Trump who made the announcement on Saturday.
We have an update on the recovery operation going on at Reagan National Airport after last weeks tragic collision of an American Airlines passenger jet and an Army Black Hawk Helicopter.

Recovery efforts continue in Washington, DC as First Responders are working around the clock to recover the victims of the American Airlines crash just short of the Reagan National runway.
ALSO….there are reports that another flight had to abandon it’s landing at the last minute due to a helicopter flying into it’s path the night before 67 people were killed in a similar incident.

Breaking News….around 9pm last night…. a PSA Airlines CRJ700 regional jet collided in midair with a Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter while on approach to Runway 33 at Reagan National Airport
The regional jet was operating as Flight 5342 for American Airlines, and it departed from Wichita, Kansas. American Airlines confirmed there were 60 passengers and 4 crew members on board. There were three soldiers on the helicopter at the time of the crash, according to a US Army official.
It didn't take long for the confirmation hearing of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., President Donald Trump's nominee for secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), to turn contentious as Senate Democrats grilled him. We have an update on yesterday’s hearing.

White House press secretary made President Trump's priorities pretty clear in her first briefing yesterday.
AND… Karoline Leavitt announced that President Trump is restoring press passes for 440 journalists who had their credentials revoked by the Biden administration. And she made it clear—the Trump administration is going to talk to all media, not just the left-wing activists in that briefing room.
The Trump administration’s temporary freeze on certain federal grants and loans is under legal attack, with Democrats running to the courts to stop it. And surprise, surprise—a Biden-appointed judge has already stepped in to temporarily do just that.
A local Sheriff’s race….five years ago…created some contentious accusations of infidelity by one of the candidates. The candidate who made those charges has now issued a court mandated apology. We have the details on the final chapter of the case.
