With the Republican National Convention set to kick off in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in less than one week, speculation is soaring regarding whom former President Trump will name as his running mate, and when he'll make the announcement.
Meanwhile.... Former U.N. ambassador and former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley is releasing all of her delegates to next week's Republican National Convention and urging them to support former President Trump.
Over on the democrat side.... Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer , D-N.Y., on Tuesday broke his silence on whether or not he supports President Biden in the 2024 presidential race.
In the WH briefing yesterday, Peter Doocy, with Fox News asked some very pointed questions on why President Biden doesn’t just have additional medical tests to silence the speculation. Doocy asked if they don’t do this because they are afraid of the outcome of the tests?
From the New York Post: The competitive eating world has been rocked by hard-to-swallow claims that a contender in this year’s Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog Eating Contest cheated to beef up his score.

A defiant Joe Biden insisted to his donors on Monday that he is “done talking about the debate” and implored the party to ignore any further distractions and direct its attention back to Donald Trump.
ALSO... President Biden challenged unhappy Democrats to try to take him out at the party’s August convention during a phone call with his favorite talk show, MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.”
Speaking of radio, Philadelphia radio station WURD announced they would be cutting ties with host Andrea Lawful-Sanders after she revealed she asked President Joe Biden interview questions sent earlier by his campaign for her approval.
Add four more to the list....the growing list of senior democrats calling for Joe Biden to step aside.

On Friday I was still on the Alaskan cruise ship....we made it to port on Saturday and today...I am traveling home and will be back with you in full force tomorrow!!!!
TODAY: as I travel back home to SC.... On a recent Sunday I was visiting at my brother and sister-in-law (Patti and Ansel King’s) church in Clemosn....it’s Blue Ridge Community Fellowship...under the leadership of Pastor Matt Schell.
Each week they set aside some time for someone in the church to talk about something that has impacted their life....and this is where I met Graycen Sanders and learned about her involvement the Fellowship of Christian Athletes for Clemson athletes....this particular chapter is just for Clemson student athletes....and Graycen was recently on a special mission trip to the Dominican republic and I’m excited for her to be able to share this with you and the impact the FCA is having on the Clemson campus.

TODAY: Sitka, Alaska, located on Baranof Island, has a rich history that spans thousands of years.
The area around Sitka has been inhabited by indigenous peoples for thousands of years. The Tlingit people have a strong historical and cultural presence in the region, with their traditional territory encompassing what is now Sitka.
Sitka's history reflects the complex interactions between indigenous peoples, Russian settlers, and later American influence, shaping its cultural landscape and identity as a unique part of Alaska.
PODCAST: When Roe v Wade was struck down and the issue of abortion was sent back to the states....SC soon passed the heartbeat bill and I new then....for decades we Christian conservatives have been working tirelessly to end abortion.....we pretty much have done that now....so we have to go to work...and give these young women....and men...the help they need to have these children and make the decision of whether to raise the child or offer it to a loving couple for adoption....and this is where our next guest comes in.
Alexia Newman and the Carolina Pregnancy Center in Spartanburg has been helping young people choose life.....and I had the chance to spend some time with Alexia recently....here’s my conversation.

TODAY: I visit with Cindy Hipps the mom of Tucker Hipps.
Tucker was pledging the Beta Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon known as SigEp at Clemson University when he died. Three brothers and 27 pledges including Tucker went on an early morning run across the Highway 93 Bridge at 5:30 am on September 22, 2014.
Tucker was discovered missing before 7 am when he did not report to the fraternity breakfast and his phone and keys were found where the brothers instructed the pledges to leave them before the run.
The pledges started looking for Tucker around 7 am but did not report him missing. A call was made to campus police by one of the brothers at approximately 1:45 PM asking for information concerning Tucker but did not want to file a missing person’s report.
Tucker was found floating in Lake Hartwell just under the bridge at approximately 3:30 PM after one of the brothers led campus police to his whereabouts. It was noted earlier by the brothers to police Tucker was wearing blue tennis shoes. Discovery of his body in the lake yielded blue tennis shoes showing out of the water with much of the remainder of his body submerged.
Cindy and Gary Hipps have worked, along with other parents, to get laws passed that will hold people involved in hazing deaths accountable. Visit the Tucker Hipps Memorial Foundation website for more information.
