The Trump administration posted another win with the US Supreme Court yesterday….this time the court agreed that the administration had the authority to fire the tens of thousands of probationary federal employees and do not have to reinstate them as ordered by a lower court.
In another lower court action… A federal judge has ordered the Associated Press must be restored to the White House press pool after President Donald Trump banned the wire service for refusing to adopt his renaming of the Gulf of Mexico as the “Gulf of America.”

The US Supreme Court took steps yesterday to freeze an order from a lower court that would require the Trump Administration to return an Illegal migrant from an El Salvador prison.
A Texas man who threatened to "open fire" on U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents if they came to his neighborhood was charged Monday in federal court.

In less than a month the SC Legislature will adjourn for the year and there is still no solution for liquor liability insurance for restaurants and bars. The financial markets took a beating on Friday and some analyst are predicting today will be a “Black Monday” similar to what we saw in 1987….we have the latest on the Trump imposed tariffs.
Over 1,200 protests across all 50 states took place on Saturday… rallying against President Donald Trump’, the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), tariffs, federal layoffs and immigration reform.
One activist at an anti-Trump “Hands Off!” rally proudly declared Saturday, “I am an immigrant, I am undocumented, unafraid, queer and unashamed” — leading a large number of critics calling for her to be deported, immediately!!
More wasteful spending has been uncovered by DOGE…this time… Federal workers tasked with taking care of the men and women in the military spent 87,000 hours and $3.3 million taking care of their own union benefits — and taxpayers footed the bill according to the NY Post.
