President Donald Trump made a triumphant return to the nation’s capital yesterday giving a wide-ranging speech to House Republicans and calling GOP Senators “smart” people...while he  lashed out at his political enemies and praising his allies.

 A squatter living in a New York home allowed the homeowner into the home to retrieve decades-old family belongings and claims he is protecting the home from others who may damage the home if he was not there!!!  These people are crazy and local authorities even more for allowing this!

Here we go....The House voted to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress on Wednesday, referring the top Department of Justice (DOJ) official for criminal charges.

Breaking news yesterday afternoon. A jury deliberated for a total of three hours between Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning before finding Hunter Biden  guilty on all charges  in his historic criminal case focused on his purchase of a handgun in 2018. 

In a statement President Biden repeated the fact he is a father in addition to being President and will stand by his son. The President flew to Delaware to be with Hunter late afternoon yesterday.

A Republican hasn't carried Minnesota in a presidential election since President Richard Nixon's 1972 landslide re-election, over a half-century ago. A new poll shows Trump within striking distance of Biden in this competitive blue-leaning state

Things got off to a fast start yesterday in Hunter Biden’s trail.  After closing arguments by both sides, the six-man, six-woman jury began deliberations at 3:33 p.m., breaking for the day one hour later. They are expected to return later this morning.

And Hunter’s Dad may be losing his job.....Nate Silver, the polling maestro, yesterday suggested that President Biden’s latest disapproval ratings might be enough cause for the Democratic front-runner to drop out of the 2024 presidential election. I’ve been saying I don’t think Biden will be the candidate. Rep Ralph Norman said on this show last week that Joe Biden’s name will not be on the November ballot. Are you believing us yet?

 U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon rejected attempts to dismiss more than half a dozen charges against former President Donald Trump Monday, related to his alleged mishandling of classified documents.

Breaking news over the weekend. The Israeli military said it rescued four hostages in a special operation in central Gaza on Saturday. The Gaza Health Ministry  said at least 274 Palestinians died and nearly 700 others were wounded, while the IDF approximated fewer than 100 casualties. We have the latest for you.

Appearing on CNN’s State of the Union, South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem (R) said former President Trump choosing a woman to be his running mate would be “beneficial” to him. Citing recent polls Ms. Noem repeatedly said that a woman could help Trump win in November, but refused to say if she should be that woman!

Meanwhile... Rep. James Clyburn (R-S.C.) brushed off recent polling that suggests former President Trump’s support from Black, male voters is rising, arguing this voting demographic has not “left the fold,” of Democrats and President Biden.

What does the latest poll say? CBS News/YouGov poll found that Trump received 50 percent support nationally among likely voters, while Biden received 49 percent. In battleground states, 50 percent of likely voters selected Biden, while 49 percent backed Trump, according to CBS

Looks like Hunter Biden is on his own as his Dad told reporters in Normandy, France that he would not pardon his son if convicted of the charges.

 It was another example of Daze and confused…. President Bidenseemed to be in "a perpetual state of confusion" following his speech in Normandy yesterday to commemorate the 80th anniversary of D-Day. At times the President was seen attempting to sit down only to get back up when he realized everyone else was standing.

 As we honored the brave men who fought on D-Day ….yesterday was the 80^th anniversary…sadly, we lost another hero as he was traveling to Normandy to attend the event….we have the details about 102 year-old Bob Persichitti.

 SC Lt Governor Pamela Evette joins later in the show from the US Army War College where she is attending a National Security seminar. We will get an update on what is happening at the SC State House.

Donald Trump received some good news, for once, from a court.... Trump's Georgia case has been halted by an appeals court until Fani Willis appeal is resolved. Isn’t this a twist? The case is delayed until the prosecutor is cleared of wrong doing...what’s wrong with that picture?

 Biden’s cognitive performance once again being thrust into the spotlight following a new report from The Wall Street Journal that the 81-year-old is showing signs of slowing down during private meetings. This has renewed the speculation that Biden may not actually be the Democrat candidate on November 5^th.
